1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing the use of the bjbaje platform ("Platform" or "Website") and its services. By accessing this website or using any of its services, you are deemed to have given your full acceptance of these Terms.

1.1 Who These Apply To

These Terms apply to all users, members and visitors of bjbaje. To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21+ only).
• Be in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• Operate the account on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes.
• Have the full capacity to understand and comply with these Terms.

1.2 Priority of Terms

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bjbaje, you must provide accurate and complete information. bjbaje reserves the right to immediately close any account where false information has been provided. Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bjbaje may at any time request the necessary documents to verify your identity, age and payment method. The right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete is reserved.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on bjbaje is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Your account must have a sufficient available balance and any active bonus wagering must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• bjbaje reserves the right to investigate any suspicious withdrawal.
• If a bonus is active at the time of withdrawal and the wagering requirement has not been met, that bonus will be cancelled when the withdrawal is processed.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

bjbaje processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) only. Conversion to or acceptance of any other currency is not possible.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bjbaje offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳14,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳24,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

bjbaje has 5 VIP tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

4.4 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• bjbaje reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been completed.
• bjbaje reserves the right to cancel a bonus from any account at its discretion.
• If any bonus benefit is found to have been misused, the account in question may be closed.

5 Gaming Policy

5.1 Game Providers and Fairness

bjbaje works in partnership with world-class game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others. Every game uses encrypted and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Game Results

The outcome of every game is completely impartial and not predetermined. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the amount wagered in that specific round will be returned.

5.3 Betting Limits

bjbaje sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and category. These limits may change at any time. It is not possible to place a bet that exceeds the limit set for a given game.

5.4 Technical Issues

bjbaje is not liable in the event of a disconnection or technical fault. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the matter will be handled in accordance with the game provider's rules.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bjbaje. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the entire balance may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
• Misusing the bonus system or applying exploitative betting strategies.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Sharing an account with other users.
• Using any automated software or bots.
• Attempting to carry out a cyberattack or hacking against bjbaje's infrastructure.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

• Attempting to cause harm to bjbaje or other users.

9.2 Closure at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time through 24/7 live chat support. Any eligible balance remaining in the account must be withdrawn before closure.

9.3 Balance After Closure

In the case of closure for cause, bjbaje reserves the right to forfeit active bonuses and any associated winnings. Cash balances may be returnable where applicable.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bjbaje is not liable for the following:

• Gaming losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Unauthorized access to an account by a third party.
• Disruption to expected services due to technical failure.
• A fault with the user's own device.
• Gaming losses or lost profits.

11 Dispute Resolution

11.2 Escalation

If the matter is not resolved at the first step, it will be escalated to the senior team of bjbaje management. In all disputes, bjbaje's decision is final and binding.

11.3 Disputes Regarding Game Outcomes

In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, the server logs of the relevant game provider will be considered the authoritative record.

12 Amendment and Effectiveness of Terms

12.1 Right to Amend

bjbaje reserves the right to amend these rules and terms at any time. Notice will be given on the website before changes take effect.

12.2 Use After Changes

Continuing to access or use the platform after changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to stay regularly informed about the terms.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between bjbaje and the user and supersede all previous oral or written agreements.
